GBNCC’s activities are overseen by Board of Directors drawn primarily from the community we serve. The Board supervises the Executive Director, who formulates and articulates the vision for all GBNCC programs and services and is responsible for external relations with funders, partners and community members. The Executive Director oversees a Program Director, who is responsible for day-to-day operations of all GBNCC’s programs. The Program Director supervises program staff, including a Youth Services Director, and Food Pantry, Health Awareness, and Adult Education Coordinators, each of whom coordinates staff and volunteers for his or her programs. Administrative staff include an Administrative Assistant as well as a contract accountant and fundraising consultant.
