C.R.E.W. is an academic enrichment and early college awareness program, which seeks to address a multitude of socio-economic hurdles facing inner city youth especially those from low-income communities. CREW is an acronym that stands for Counseling, Recreation, Education and Work Awareness. With these four core aspects we provide individualized academic support and offer opportunities for students to explore new interests and build social and cognitive skills, all of which are essential to healthy development and educational success. The chief aim of C.R.E.W. is to instill self-esteem and spiritually uplifting students between the ages of 7 to 13 in order that they may aspire to achieve greatness. Our program benefits children, parents and communities by providing safe, enriching places for young people to spend their out-of-school time. Our program has activities such as technology, tae kwon doe, reading, math, science and the arts. Our program offers new experiences in community service, or tutoring and mentoring.
